WHERE IS YOUR BUSINESS LOCATED?

The Rachel Renee Jewelry studio is located in Chicago, Illinois.  Our studio is not currently open to the public, but we have a retail space located in Andersonville Galleria at 5247 N. Clark Street in Chicago.  The Rachel Renee jewelry collection is also carried at Embellish Boutique in Northcenter, and at Wolfbait & B-girls in Chicago's Logan Square neighborhood.  

ABOUT RACHEL RENEE JEWELRY

Hi, my name is Rachel and I'm the sole designer and maker behind Rachel Renee Jewelry.  I have been making jewelry since I was 9 years old, and started my own business in 2011.  Rachel Renee Jewelry is collection of luxe bohemian jewelry.  Versatility, comfort and effortless style are wrapped into each piece our jewelry before it finds its new forever home.  A piece of jewelry may technically be just a collection of metal and rocks, but there is a magic to jewelry that reflects a person's beautiful soul.  If you've seen it, you know.  I love being part of that magic.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

Rachel Renee Jewelry is created by hand in Chicago, Illinois.  Each piece is handcrafted using the finest of materials and care.  Due to the nature of handmade, there may be slight differences, but this will only add character to your handmade jewelry.
For safekeeping and damage prevention, we recommend you store your Rachel Renee Jewelry in the provided giftbox, or in an air tght jewelry storage container of choice.  Sterling silver and 14k gold fill jewelry can tarnish over time when exposed to air, but a gentle polish using a soft polishing cloth will make your jewelry look brand new.  We suggest not sleeping, swimming or showering in your jewelry.

DOES RACHEL RENEE JEWELRY OFFER WHOLESALE ORDERS?

Yes, if you are a retailer and are interested in carrying Rachel Renee Jewelry in your shop, we would be thrilled to work with you! 

We would be happy to send you our seasonal collection line sheet brochure to review.  The wholesale minimum order is 15 pieces for the first order and 10 pieces for each one following.  If you are interested, please reach out and tell us a little bit about your shop, and be sure to share your social media handle with us so we can get to know you a little better.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

PayPal or Direct Payment through our site are the approved methods of payment.  All orders will begin once payment is received.  All items are subject to Chicago, Illinois Sales tax upon checkout.

HOW WILL MY JEWELRY BE SHIPPED?

We offer FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING on all Rachel Renee Jewelry orders within the U.S.  We do not ship internationally at this time.
Rachel Renee Jewelry orders are handmade in the order in which they are received.  Your order will be filled as quickly as possible, usually within 2-3 business days and shipped the following day via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days).  We will notify you of any anticipated delays.  Please do not hesistate to reach out with any special turnaround times and we will do our best to accomodate your needs.
When your order is ready to ship, your will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.  Once an item ships, it is out of our hands and Rachel Renee Jewelry is not responsible for packages damaged or lost in transit.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to love your Rachel Renee Jewelry.  If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt.  Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.  Please contact us prior to returning.  For your protection, please pack your return item securely in an insured trackable carrier.  Rachel Renee Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

DO YOU REPAIR DAMAGED JEWELRY?

Though we pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship, jewelry can sometimes break.  Please send an email to rachelreneejewelry@gmail.com to share details about your situation.  If we are able to repair or replace the item, you will be able to ship your jewelry to the studio, and we will return it good as new.  Charges may apply.

WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY REGARDING CUSTOMER INFORMATION?

Customer privacy is very important to us.  We do not send marketing emails without direct consent, nor will we sell, share, or trade any information you supply with us to third parties.  We may share customer reviews left on our site, but they will remain anonymous.  Thank you for your trust!

Rachel Renee Jewelry reserves the right to make modifications to the site and information at any time, for any reason.  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders at any time.  We also reserve the right to limit the quantity of items ordered by a retail or wholesale customer.
